The evolved devil form of Neptune :3

Neptune gets turned into her devil form when the Netherpent infects her by climbing inside her body like a parasite. (I'll draw the parasite sometime soon)
Devil Nep also has the power of Darkfire, a type of fire tinted with darkness. So its not pure fire. She is less vulnerable to fire damage, and a little more to water damage. Her personality is funny, yet in an evil way. She is never sad, ( the Netherpent's weakness) If Devil Neptune gets sad, the Netherpent just falls right out of Neptune. Devil Neptune isn't a controllable form, she is like a puppet on strings to the Netherpent. During the infection, the Netherpent secretes a type of toxin, a type of toxin which soaks Neptune brain and cuts off all signals that are supposed to control her. When shes in this state, the Netherpent acts like her second brain, it has complete control over her body. The Netherpent can send out the same signals just like a Chao's brain can.

Btw, I'm going to draw my chao chars with balls over their heads now, I want it to be more noticeable that their Chao.
